In user management we create the Users for the Particual Branch and Group/Category for the Link Management Software, These users can have different rights to there login as defined by Super Admin. Can edit and delete the existing users from the Section. |

In Masters we have all the master records/table of the Following List |

Branch - This is the Branch Master where we can add the Branch, edit delete existing Branches. This Branch Master is used all over in Link Management Software. |

Connectivity - In Connectivity Master, we define the Connectivity type like DSL,Cable Drop, Leased Line, Fiber Serial, Fiber Ethernet Etc. so this is also the master table which is used all over in Link Management. |

Group - Group is the table which has the Level/Group/Departments in our Organization. Under which we can define users Like Admin Group, Support Group, Billing Group, Branch Network Manager etc. We can edit and delete groups here. |

Devices - Device Master is used to have all the devices used in Link Management like LR2020 IDU, Pointred CPE, TSunami BTS, LR 2020, Aperto Su etc. These device master is used every where in link management. we can edit and delete the Devices from this Section. |

Equipment - Equipment Master has all the equipments like Cisco Router etc, these list of equipment is used all over in Link Management , we can edit and delete Equipments from this section. |

Link Management is where we actually enters the link/customer details in our database. in this we define the customer personal details, customer code, its company details, address details, then which product customer has taken its connectivity type, sharing ratio link activation date, billing date etc. and also can activate and suspended or de-activate the customer. we can edit and delete the customers from our existin list. |
